Chris has a broad background in the area of sales, sales management, and business ownership. Chris owned a variety of service businesses prior to and during his schooling at UCLA, where he graduated with a degree in Political Science and an emphasis in Business. Upon graduation, he was recruited by Mobil Oil Corp. to work in the sales and marketing department. Chris advanced rapidly, and his last position with Mobil was in the marketing training department. During his tenure, he had the opportunity to speak to, coach to and counsel over 1,000 marketing and sales personnel.
Chris was first introduced to the Sandler Sales Institute® in 1994, and after extensive investigation and being satisfied the Sandler approach was the most effective method available for increasing one's sales potential, he opened the Irvine office.
To date Chris has assisted thousands of companies and individuals in their efforts to increase their sales effectiveness in distinct measurable results. Chris takes personal satisfaction in having the opportunity to work with each of his clients as they achieve their goals.

Mike implemented the Sandler Selling System® in his Medical Device Company resulting in a dramatic increase in sales and leading to the sale of the company. Mike has been working with the Sandler Selling System for nearly 7 years.
Mike specializes in CEO and Owner coaching keying on End Goal Management styles. Mike has extensive speaking experience from small groups to large events as well as a wealth of technical backgrounds including Physics and Operations.
